Hi, my name is Fabiana. I am an artist and designer with a passion for flowers and plants. I have been drawing since I can remember and always liked to create art.
Having grown up in Sao Paulo, Brazil, the sights and sounds of the big city were always part of my life. However, my family also had a beach house, located in the midst of a rain forest along the coast. Later, I would study fashion in Sao Paulo, and textile design at FIT in New York City.
My first job as a designer was in an art studio in Washington, DC, painting
placemats, napkins, and tablecloths. I have exhibited my work at a juried show at Monmouth Museum in NJ, and had my prints included in Uppercase Magazine issues 49 and 50.
For the past several years, I have also worked as a home organizer, helping people declutter their homes, and as a visual merchandiser.
An avid gardener for more than 20 years, I actively participate in The Garden Club of Cranford, where we share our love of plants.
I live in New Jersey with my husband and three sons. I draw, paint, make repeats and enjoy carving linoleum to make prints.
My goal is to design beautiful and unique artworks. Each of my pieces tells a story about the living world and our relationship with it, to bring visual delight and a renewed sense of connection with nature.
